Following the release of the Job Services Australia tender, MAXEmployment is now the largest provider of employment services, operating in 36 Employment Service Areas across Australia. Managing Director Michael Hobday welcomes the additional business which will see the company operate out of 73 sites and 37 outreach locations in every state across the country.
The new business means MAXEmployment is seeking qualified professional staff who share our passion for ‘finding jobs and changing lives'.
"Where possible, we will give preference to staff from current employment service providers who have not been awarded contracts" Managing Director Michael Hobday said.
MAXEmployment is currently seeking experienced leaders across a variety of Business, Regional and General Manager roles who have a proven ability to establish, develop and grow a business, and to lead a team of professionals to deliver quality employment services to people in need. We will also be advertising up to 350 operational roles over the nest 2 weeks.
"Working with job seekers is extremely rewarding, but it can be hard work. We need people with a strong sales focus and demonstrated business acumen, combined with excellent financial and people management skills.
